Warehouse Associate I Job Summary
Location: Millbrae, CA | Schedule: Monday Friday, 6:00am 2:30pm
Role Impact & Expectations:
As a Warehouse Associate I at World Courier Management, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, safety, and efficiency of cold chain logistics. Your work directly supports high-value shipments and upholds quality standards in a fast-paced, regulated environment. This role expects hands-on proficiency, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble ready-for-use packaging systems for pickups
- Manage cold chain shipments across all temperature ranges
- Create and maintain shipment and GxP documentation
- Track inventory for packaging systems, components, and gel packs
- Refurbish reusable packaging assets
- Safely handle dry ice and replenish shipments as needed
- Operate WC systems including WorldStar and Opstar
- Issue airline airway bills for domestic and international shipments
- Follow TempTale device procedures
- Schedule pickups with customers via phone
- Identify and fulfill product-specific temperature and replenishment requirements
- Apply for STA number on Day 1 (onsite requirement)
