Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full life cycle recruitment process from sourcing through candidate hire and onboarding.
  • Source, identify, engage, and attract qualified technical and engineering candidates.
  • Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for multiple recruiting workstreams.
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and ownership throughout the recruiting process.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, job expectations, and candidate profiles.
  • Serve as a talent advisor to hiring managers and business stakeholders.
  • Provide regular requisition-level hiring updates and communicate recruiting status proactively.
  • Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process and provide a positive candidate experience.
  • Conduct and coordinate candidate interviews.
  • Apply strong interviewing techniques to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, experience, and fit against role requirements.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain communication with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies using recruiting platforms, sourcing tools, ATS, and CRM systems.
  • Utilize ATS/CRM systems to manage candidate information, requisitions, recruiting activities, and hiring workflows.
  • Preferred experience with Workday, Eightfold, Greenhouse, or other internal ATS platforms.
  • Build and maintain candidate networks to quickly identify qualified talent.
  • Manage candidate pipelines across multiple technical recruiting workstreams.
  • Lead offer discussions, negotiations, and candidate closing activities.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to facilitate successful offer acceptance.
  • Apply knowledge of compensation and negotiation practices during the offer process.
  • Ensure recruiting activities follow applicable policies, processes, labor laws, legal requirements, and compliance standards.
  • Support candidate hiring, onboarding, transfers, and disposition activities.
  • Pull and analyze appropriate recruiting reports to support data-driven hiring discussions.
  • Monitor personal recruiting metrics and evaluate performance against department objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to accomplish recruiting and talent acquisition objectives.
  • Develop strong working relationships across teams and business functions.
  • Apply industry best practices and recruiting strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Support process improvements and recruiting initiatives that enhance the overall candidate experience.
  • Consider business, industry, legal, and compliance factors when developing and implementing TA solutions.
  • Contribute to talent acquisition initiatives and strategic recruiting programs.
  • Support multiple requisitions and priorities while maintaining effective organization and follow-through.

Skills:

  • Strong full life cycle recruiting experience.
  • Strong technical recruiting experience, particularly for technical and engineering positions.
  • Strong candidate sourcing and talent pipeline development skills.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Excellent hiring manager engagement and relationship management skills.
  • Strong offer negotiation and candidate closing skills.
  • Strong candidate management and communication skills.
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to move candidates efficiently through the recruiting process.
  • Knowledge of technical and engineering skill sets and hiring requirements.
  • Ability to understand complex technical job requirements and identify qualified candidates.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing platforms and recruiting strategies.
  • Experience using an ATS or CRM system is required.
  • Workday, Eightfold, Greenhouse, or another enterprise ATS experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with hiring managers, candidates, HR partners, and cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of recruiting metrics and data-driven hiring discussions.
  • Understanding of applicable employment, labor, and compliance considerations.
  • Ability to work independently under supervision and make decisions affecting assigned work.
  • Strong problem-solving, planning, prioritization, and follow-through abilities.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a global or matrixed organizational environment.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
  • Acceptable preferred degree fields include: Business Humanities Human Resources Psychology
