Nobu, the world-renowned Japanese restaurant is an upscale dining destination known for exceptional cuisine, impeccable service, and memorable guest experiences. We are seeking a professional, organized, and guest-focused Reservationist to be the first point of contact for our valued guests.

The Reservationist manages all guest reservations and inquiries while delivering a warm, polished, and professional experience. This role is essential in ensuring smooth dining room operations, maximizing seating efficiency, and maintaining the high service standards expected in a fine dining environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and respond to reservation inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
• Manage reservations using Open Table (must have experience)
• Accurately record guest preferences, special occasions, dietary requirements, and VIP notes.
• Coordinate closely with management, hosts, and dining room staff to optimize seating and guest flow.
• Handle guest concerns and special requests with discretion and professionalism.
• Maintain detailed and accurate reservation records.
• Uphold the restaurant's standards of hospitality and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant with high call volume.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
