We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist II / Recruiting Consultant to manage full lifecycle recruiting and partner closely with hiring managers, HR teams, and business stakeholders.
This role is ideal for a relationship-driven recruiter with strong experience in strategic sourcing, candidate assessment, stakeholder management, hard-to-fill recruiting, offer negotiation, and applicant tracking systems .
Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruiting lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance.
Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
Develop and execute sourcing plans to attract qualified candidates.
Use multiple sourcing methods, including:
Direct sourcing
Internet recruiting
Networking
Database mining
External research
Screen and assess candidates for qualifications, behavioral attributes, and organizational fit.
Recruit for specialized, hard-to-fill, and unique positions.
Provide market intelligence and recruiting recommendations to hiring leaders.
Maintain strong communication with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
Manage the offer process, including salary recommendations, negotiations, and candidate close strategies.
Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines.
Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate information in applicant tracking systems.
Deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
Manage multiple openings and priorities with strong follow-through.
Minimum 3 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.

Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
Experience recruiting hard-to-fill or specialized positions.
Strong knowledge of recruiting processes, compliance, compensation considerations, and offer management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organization, project management, and follow-through.
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
Experience recruiting within a large corporate, utility, energy, engineering, or technical environment.
Experience using market data and talent intelligence to influence recruiting strategy.
Experience building targeted and diverse sourcing pipelines.
Strong negotiation and candidate-closing skills.
