Intelligence Federal is a federal contracting company, seeking an experienced Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO Attorney) with strong writing skills and sound judgement to support the United States Department of Agriculture. The attorney will assist in the adjudication of program civil rights complaints for USDA. Previous experience writing Final Agency Decision letters (FADs) at the federal level is required for this position.
This is a full time, 40 hours per week position and eligible for benefits through Intelligence Federal. We were named one of the best places to work in Washington DC by the Washington Business Journal in 2024.
