work hours: 8am to 5pm

responsibilities:

• Act as the on-site eyes and ears for Our Client, overseeing subsurface utility repair and infrastructure construction across the 5 boroughs of New York City.
• Monitor contractors performing public street construction work, specifically focusing on trenching, shoring, and utility repair.
• Accurately document daily payment quantities, including personnel headcounts, excavation volumes, and material usage, to help Our Client justify contractor invoices.
• Communicate project progress seamlessly and directly to Con Edison and Our Client's construction managers.
